How Do I Create An Account?
- Simply click the “My Account” located at the top right corner of the homepage. This will take you to the login page.
- Click the “Create Account” found below the “Sign In” button.
- Then follow the prompts.
- Click “Save”.
- Your account is now created.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

Processing
It is important to understand that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you may see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Inventory
Not all of our inventory is available through our domestic warehouses and, therefore, could be subject to the longer shipping periods of up to 4 weeks even if ordered domestically.
Shipping Inaccuracies
Because we are human and are subject to inaccuracies, and software programs are not without their occasional glitches, Cosmic Updates Shop is not responsible for any inaccurate shipping information and times provided. We will do our very best to avoid such issues and to remedy them quickly when found. However, we will not provide any refunds or returns due to a mistake in shipping information listed on our website, ads, etc.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Cosmic Updates Shop reserves the right to change rates and time estimates at any time.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on most items, unless otherwise stated.
Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Estimates
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for items (once shipped) to arrive. Items purchased that are located in our warehouses oversees may take up to 4 weeks to arrive even if you are located in the United States. We are not responsible for any lost items once in transit.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, most countries in Europe (France, Germany, Spain, etc.), United Kingdom, and Australia.
*Please note, even if your country is not on the list we can most likely ship your item(s). The time estimate will be unavailable until your order has been shipped and may not have tracking available. We are not responsible for any lost items or any item's arrival date.

Shipping Estimates
Please allow approximately 2 to 6 weeks for your product(s) to arrive. Shipping time estimates will range depending on what country you reside in and where you live. We are not responsible for any lost items once in transit.
Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cosmic Updates Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days (Domestic) or 30 days (International) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@cosmicupdates.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Thank you for your understanding.
What If My Purchase Has Not Arrived?
If your purchase has still not arrived within 14 days (within the USA) and 30 days (international), and your tracking information has not been updated please contact us at help@cosmicupdates.com.
Here a few possibilities that you can check::
Backorder: It could be that your purchase is on backorder; in which case we will notify you of the estimated availability and offer possible alternatives.
Wrong Address -Double check your entries when inputting your address. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Please check with your post office and neighbors to insure that your purchase was not delivered incorrectly. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Lost - There is a possibility that your purchase was lost in transit. Please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the problem.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@cosmicupdates.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 101 Convention Center Dr., STE 810, Las Vegas NV 89109, United States.
If your return is accepted, we'll give you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
